Betsy Hubbard helps leaders in Fortune 100 firms and healthcare organizations get up to speed in a digital age. She is fascinated by the digital revolution and passionate about helping professionals make the most of technology. Betsy has trained thousands and delivered keynotes to nearly 40,000 people across the world—from Utah to Ukraine.
Before founding Mindset Digital, Betsy transformed the Kiplinger Program in Public Affairs Journalism at The Ohio State University into the first social media fellowship for journalists and taught graduate courses on the impact of digital media on public policy at the John Glenn School of Public Affairs.

As a trainer with Mindset Digital, Morgan Mulgrew coaches industry leaders on the latest digital and social media approaches. An experienced educator, she travels the country leading training sessions on digital platforms and giving the occasional keynote to help leaders, marketers and sales teams in Fortune 100 firms get up to speed on the latest technologies.
Back at Mindset Digital HQ, Morgan works with a creative team who designs online training courses and certifications in social media, SEO, digital advertising, mobile trends and visual storytelling which have helped train thousands.
Morgan never tires of being on the road. When she isn’t traveling to workshops, she loves driving old sports cars and learning about anything with four wheels and a manual transmission.

As Mindset Digital’s content strategist for live events, Jen designs powerful visual stories about today’s digital world. She shapes the experience of Mindset Digital’s live events, including leading workshops and creating highly visual stories and presentations. In the process, she engages diverse audiences, from front-line sales staff to executive leadership teams.
Jen has a lifelong passion for using technology to help people connect. She honed that passion across ten years of teaching digital media at The Ohio State University and University of Michigan. And now, at Mindset Digital, she brings that same passion to broader audiences in Fortune 500 firms and healthcare organizations.
Jen has a Master of Arts in English from The Ohio State University and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from The University of Michigan. She is currently a doctoral candidate at The Ohio State University. Her Ph.D. research examines how professionals use social media to support their everyday work.
