  • spent more than a decade as an award-winning journalist, covering presidential campaigns and government—and producing in-depth, investigative projects that spurred new laws and reforms
  • earned two degrees in journalism, along with a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership from Ohio State (she wrote her dissertation on the art of powerful micro storytelling)

Marti Post began her career at a time when moving into digital consulting was considered a risk. Today, she helps leaders understand that digital is not a department—it’s an entirely new way of thinking.

Marti works with leaders in Fortune 100 firms around the world, helping them understand the power of digital communication and strategy—from the frontline teams to the brand level. In addition to coaching senior executives, she is also a national keynote speaker and leads in-depth sessions on how to write and present with clarity and impact.

This deep expertise in strategy and digital grew through Marti’s roles as vice president of strategy at Mindstream Interactive and executive director of social strategy for Resource Interactive, which was one of was the largest independent agencies in the U.S.

Marti has long been captivated by emerging digital trends. She studied digital messaging and gender when she earned her master’s degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

She has served on the Advisory Board of Women in Digital USA and as an adjunct professor of Social Media Marketing at the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

John Chandler believes in the power of digital transformation to lift up businesses and help them reach consumers more effectively. A national keynote speaker and consultant, John is a leader in implementing new strategies and innovations that match customer expectations in a world gone digital.

As the former CMO at Mass Mutual and other Fortune 500 firms, John has deep experience helping legacy organizations reimagine how they reach their audiences. He has retooled marketing strategies across major brands and industries, from hospitality to financial services.

In the past, John has:

  • developed and implemented a multi-year transformation strategy for Mass Mutual
  • led the transition into digital promotions that directly impacted the growth of Holiday Inn Hotels, ultimately revitalizing the brand

When John isn’t brainstorming new ways to lead legacies into the digital sphere, he likes to chase quiet country roads on his bike, which fuels his hunger for the open spaces (and pizza).

John has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Trinity College.
