Mindset Digital’s Debra Jasper and Betsy Hubbard Named Top 12 Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ in North America by EY

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 8 – Betsy Hubbard and Debra Jasper, founders of Mindset Digital, a top provider of gamified digital skills training for corporate workforces, have been chosen by EY as two of the top 12 EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ in North America for 2018. The two founders and other winning women will be recognized today at a Strategic Growth Forum in Palm Springs.

Through an annual competition, the EY program identifies global high-potential entrepreneurs seeking to scale their businesses — and then helps them do it. Program participants are among the top two percent of all women-led businesses in terms of company revenue.

“Mindset Digital has invested heavily in developing game-based, dopamine-generating learning experiences that help our clients sell on new platforms, write for mobile and lead in a world of AI and chatbots,” says CEO Debra Jasper. “We couldn’t be more excited to see our work, and the work of our talented team, recognized by EY.”

President Betsy Hubbard agreed, adding: “Already, this program has helped us tap into a network of incredible entrepreneurs who are rapidly growing their business. We have no doubt the program will help us continue to fuel our growth.”

Since its founding in 2011, Mindset Digital, a Columbus-Ohio based firm, has trained more than 150,000 leaders in Fortune 100 financial firms, as well as in the healthcare, tech and hospitality sectors. The firm has delivered training across the United States and in a dozen countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Mexico and Australia.

In addition to creating high-performance learning experiences — including the Social Selling Habit, The SOS: Write for Action Habit and dot.Next Leadership in a Digital Age — the firm this year added cybersecurity training to its offering mix.

EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women spurs rapid growth among participating entrepreneurs. According to an independent impact assessment directed by the Babson College Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership, participants average 20 percent annual revenue growth in their first year in the program and can have up to 50 percent growth in their second year.[1]

“The Entrepreneurial Winning Women program is a powerful vehicle for growth,” said Jen Arnolie, Northeast Region Leader for Transaction Advisory Services at EY and a sponsor of the Winning Women Program. “Individually, these women are powerful, but together, they are unstoppable.”

The program began in the United States but has since expanded to include more than 350 entrepreneurs across 50 countries, from Brazil to Vietnam, Turkey to the Netherlands, with women founders operating high-growth companies in every sector.

The panel of independent judges who selected the 2018 inductees included Pat Hedley, Founder and CEO of Path Ahead, Don Morrison, independent director and prior Senior Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Asset Management at OMERS Private Markets, Lori A. Torres, Founder and CEO of Parcel Pending and Naomi Whittel, Founder of Reservage Nutrition.

EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women is conducted in collaboration with several organizations that encourage the development of women-owned businesses, including the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Golden Seeds, the Kauffman Foundation and Babson College’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership.
